Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my nephew broke my garage door then my aunts grandkids she says she shouldn't have to pay to fix it. do i have the right to sue her?

You may sue the custodial parent(s) of a minor child for property damages. They can be held responsible up to $3,500 (at least I think that is still the limit).
