Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
if a newspaper prints that you are a nuisance but you wer sited for running a junkyard but you just had a collection of wheelhorse lawn tractors on this property since 1953 suouldnt i have been sited for being a nuisance and not just called one im in a 2 mile zoning

A newspaper has the right to print opinions. If you feel you have beeen defamed and damaged in some fashion, you may consult with a civil attorney of your choosing.
