OMVWI charge while on probation
I am currently on probation for two felony possesion of marijuana charges and was two months from completing it. Yesterday I received a OMVWI and a OMVWI refusal charge. I plan to hire an attorney to represent me but was wanting a little heads up. What do you think could happen?

Re: OMVWI charge while on probation
It's possible that you could have your probation revoked and have to serve some time on the marijuana charges. You are smart to hire an attorney with so much at stake.
