Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
one among four partners takes ten postdated cheues of 15000 each from July,07 to March,2008 with oral agreement of giving share and all rights to the payer partner after encashment of all cheques on 31.3.08.But the dispute and harsh activities started in Oct.07 after encashment of 4 cheques.The holder does not present these cheques upto 12 March,08.On 12.03.08 the holder presents all these remaining 6 cheques together and these are bounced.As the case of firm is in the civil courts .Since the retirement of the partner holding cheque of saving a/c of another partner is on evidence,please let us know if the maker of pdc remaining 6 cheques has the legal enforcoble liability?
