Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
In the past, i had sent 'personal' photos to an individual without any permission to pass them along. These photos may have been passed along to other(s). My question is, If the passing of these photos has happened, are there laws that will enable me to take legal action if this situation surfaces? Please advise. Thank you

There may be restirctions on publication of such photos for the public to see, but you will want to take your case to an intellectual propeorty lawyer. I know of no criminal laws that would prosecute someone for passing around non-pornographic material.
