Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a person accuses someone of breaking into their apt with no evidence to back up their claims, do they have a soild case.

You answer your own question. If there is no evidence, there is no case. But remember, a witness seeing someone break into their apartment IS evidence.
