Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
What does it mean when a person is incarcerated, awaiting release on bond, and they are asked for a second set of fingerprints? Does this mean they are going to be charged with an additional crime? Thank you?

Not necessarily. It may just mean that the first set smeared or was unusable for some other reason.
