Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
When a person has a probation violation, as in that person did not report to probation officer and inform him of his change of address and employment. the reason for being on probation is non payment of child support. the person did start paying after moving and finding a job. person is being taken back to court for violation of probation, what can the courts do?

Many things, including reinstating him on probation, extending probation, giving him a short stint in jail, or revoking probation entirely and sending him to prison, all in part depending on his original sentence, which was not included in the information you posted, and in part on the judge's inclination.
