Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a persons enters a building/structure that has no door on the front just a open carport basically and the although there are items is that considered theft or burglary since the building/structure wasn't inaccessible to the individual?

It is still burglary if you had no permission to enter the building,but it does depend on the carport structure itself.
