Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Pictures on the Internet
A couple of my friends and I were at a party. Pictures were taken and put up on the internet. Those pictures ended up getting to the principle of our school and he passed them over to the police. There was no alcohol in any of the pictures or anything. So my question is what can the police do about this?

They can investigate and try to find out from other sources (like witnesses) about whether there was underage drinking going on. Whether they will depends on how much initiative they have,
