Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If someone took a plea agreement which part of the agreement entailed a year long no contact order due to a guilty plea to the domestic violence charge, Can he go back to court and get it dismissed with the help of a lawyer? The victim is taking the classes required and the other party is enrolled in his required non-violence classes. I was just wondering since he agreed to the plea agreement if that still can be dropped.

It cannot be dropped. However, you might be able to obtain a sentence modification.
