Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I took a plea on a sexual misconduct case 10 years ago. I was scared and didnt know what else to do. Now I have served my time and probation. I have had not problems, or infractions. Is there a way for me to get off the sexual registry later and how with this effect my girlfriend if we get married? will this charge effect her once where married

You should come off after 10 years for most charges of this type, but you need to provide specifics to an attorney to accomplish this. I don't know what you mean by "affect your girlfriend", so I can't answer that.
