plead to a wrong charge
If you plead guilty at the advice of a lawyer to a charge that is technically incorrect and you find out later, can it be overturned?

Possibly. Also, if a conviction is vacated, the state may still be able to attempt prosecution. You should sit down with a criminal lawyer in your area and review the particulars.
