Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I pled guilty to a D felony and was prosecuted for B felony and upon completion of probation in the Plea Agreement states that defendant may petition court for AMS. I still have a felony and its been almost five years. I cannot contact the Attorney that represented me and basically my question is:
What do I do ?
