Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
after a police officer reads a warrent to you, is it true that it is that persons right to be infront of the judge within 72 hours after doing so? Even if that person was already in jail over another crime?

Yes, but there is rarely a penalty if is not done. it does NOT mean that the charge is dimissed.
