Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a police officer telling me if I do not turn in 3 people who dealing marijuana I will go to jail on felony charges for dealing. He said they have recorded voice evidence of me selling to an informant. This would be my first drug charge. But i do have a friend who has came across this guy and says he is a liar and a manipulator. But when i ask him a question he goes on the defensive. Is it possible he does not have anything on me or can he be doing something illegal?
