Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
some of police report is false. what do i do?
the police report says that i didnt have legit prescription for 3 of my medications that i had in my possession when arrested. i had 1 prescription bottle on me, and the other 2 were at home. does that make a difference?

Bring all three bottles with you whenever you go to court and show them to the prosecutor. That should make the difference .
