Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Polygraph
My husband was accused of voyeurism. He was not convicted. The prosecutor said if he took counsling classes and one year probation they wouldn't prosecute him. He has been going to counsling sections every week. Now the counsling center is telling him he has to admit it and take two polygraph test. Can they make him take the polygraph?

Re: Polygraph
Something is not right here. If he was not convicted how can the prosecutor order him to counselling? If he was not convicted how can he be on probation? Please call me to further explain this situation at (800) 313-9619
