Poss. Of marijana under 30 grams

I was arrested for poss. A small

amount three little roaches in Indiana.

My first arrest in15 years and the first

ever on this charge I belive it's a

misdeminor . What do i have as

options in this kind of case.

Since you have a prior arrest you are most likely ineligible for a conditional discharge allowing the dismisaal of charges pending completion on treatment, community service, etc. An A misd. poss charge is a criminal offense subject to up to one year in jail and a minimum 180 day license suspension. If convicted although the jail time is likely to be eliminated the license suspension must be imposed. As a result see if can be plead to a lesser charge such as possession of paraphenelia to avoid license suspension if the state can make their case against you.
