I got pregnant when I was 15 by a 24 year old. My son is 6 months old, I'm now 17 and his father is 26 and living with me. Can he still get in trouble for it since I concieved a month before my 16th birthday. My parents are ok with it. We live in Indiana.

The answer is yes, but unlikely unless someone brings it to the attention of the police. Most folks aren't going to know your conception date.
