Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My pre-trial is in three days my lawyer has not yet got my discovery . He has requested it twice . I was at the wrong place wrong time an being charged with b, d felonies . How can he defend me if we dont know whats in discovery

That's why a pre-trial is not a trial. He will need to see the evidence and discuss it with you before a decision is made. Talk to him more about the timing of the case to answer your questions.
