Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If you price matched items at Target for less than retail value, can you be arrested?
Let's say you get a movie and it's retailed at 35 dollars, but you get the cashier to price match two of that item for 35 dollars total. Is that against the law?
Thanks for your help.

If you defrauded Target, yes. Did you get the cashier to do this by being truthful, or by lying or deceit of some kind? Get the information to your lawyer if you are charged.
