Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Probation modification
I am on probation and I have paid all my fees, I would like to get my sentence modified so I can be off of probation now. My official end date is 5/11/08. Is there any way I can file for myself? I live in Indiana.

Re: Probation modification
You can file it yourself, however there are statutes governing sentence modification that you may not understand. Your best bet is to hire an attorney to file and argue it for you.
