Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can a probation officer force a probate to take drug and alcohol class if the first and only urine test was negative for drugs and alcohol and the probate is only on probation for battery. The drug and alcohol class is 3 nights a week 3 hours long and cost 45dollars a night
