Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Does a probation officer have the right to revolt you if he tells you that your first drug test is a pass and you tell him that you know you're going to feel cuz it's still in your system and then you take the test you flunk it and he tried to revolt you does he have the right to do that

A p.o. has the right to file a petition to revoke if you in fact fail a test. If you believe that the substance found was still in your system from BEFORE you were put on probation, tell your attorney and discuss that defense.
