Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I am on probation for an underage drinking charge (but I live out of the state). I am scheduled for one face to face meeting with the P.O in the state that I was arrested (Indiana). This first meeting I am scheduled for a drug test. What would the penalty be if I somehow didn't pass the test?

If violated, you could serve the total original sentence you were given, which was suspended.
