Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a prosecutor perjuries twice in the motion of discovery, is there anything to be done. the second time it happen me and my lawyer took a picture of my license and they still messed up and mistake me as two different people with different description and driving records im wandering what could be done bout this? would appreciate it.
I don't think my lawyer wants to give involve in this since he is a local lawyer.

There is no way to commit perjury in the motion for discovery. Your attorney is not refusing to "get involved" because of local ties. Without knowing what you were charged with, it is impossible to respond to the rest of this post.
