Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was given a public intoxication ticket when police woke me up by knocking on my car window and made me get out of the car to call for a ride home. I was sleeping in my back seat after having a few too many drinks at a bar, the woke me up, gave me a ticket and made me call for a ride. Can I plead not guilty and win?
