Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
ok i got pulled over the cops told us to get out of the car while they search it they didnt find any thing so they told us to go home so we did well the cops show up twenty minuts later saying they found marijuna in the grass where we was standing so they told all of us that if someone didn't fess up they was takeing us all to jail but nobody told on anybody so the cop gave us all a court date and charged us all with possession of marijuna what can they do i didn't possess no drugs nun of us did
