Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was pulled over in Hendrick's County Indiana 6 yrs ago for a broken tail light. I had a suspended license at the time and they issued a ticket and court date. When I appeared in court they put me on probation and set a court date. I failed to appear at that court hearing, now there is a bench warrant out for me. If I appear in court to clear up this matter will they arrest me on the bench warrant or will the judge hear me out since it's been 6 years?
