Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If I am pulled over by a police officer, what exactly does the law state a driver's legal rights are as far as finding a safe location to pull-over?

Not a question of "rights", just a matter of common sense. He /she pulls over immediately, unless it is unsafe to do so (No shoulder lane due to constrtuction, for example).
