Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
First question is that is it ok for someone to press charges on someone for criminal trespass when the home is not their home.
Number Two question is is ok to press charges on someone who did not wittness their self that vicarious sexual gratification has taken place.

Only the prosecutor can "press charges" in Indiana .
