Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a few questions bout a case called sexual misconduct with a minor..A male of the age 23 and is married.. got a girl that is 15 pregnant.. here in indiana.. they guy decides to gets a devorce soon.. and they said they're pressing charges.. as misconduct with a minor.. wich is a C felony.. what do u think the out come will be? Will he have to go to jail and leave the girl all alone to take care of the child.. he was 23 while seeing her and she was 15 and is now 2 months away from bein 16!

He could very likely be charged because 16 is the age of consent in Indiana. If he's charged with a C-felony, the penalty range he faces is between 2-8 years in prison. He will need a good attorney to help defend this type of case.
