Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
What are reasons our residence be denied for our son being released from prison onto parole? No one that resides at the residence has a criminal record.

If a parole officer has denied this, your son can ask the parole officer. There could be a lot of reasons that you aren't aware of besides a prior criminal record.
