Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I received a P/I in Martinsville, IN. I had a P/I about 3 years ago and a OWI about 6 or 7 years ago and a DWI 13 & 15 years ago. Do you have any advise for me as to what may happen for this P/I charge?

Your question indicates you've been in trouble for drinking offenses 4 times in the last 15 years. This could be your 5th time if you are guilty. The best advice on what can happen now will come from consulting a local attorney who practices regularly in the court in which you will appear. I also advise my clients with alcohol related offenses to immediately take it upon themselves to seek out a professional substance abuse evaluation and to start following any suggestions of such an evaluation even before anyone orders them to do so.
