Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I was recently arrested in Indiana for auto theft, driving as a habitual traffic offender, assulat casuing bodily injury, and criminal mischief. At the time that this occured I was on probation for a DUI and driving with a suspended liscense conviction in which now a they have revocated my probation and I have a evidentry court date set. I have been convicted in the past of robbery resulting in bodily injury in which I was sentenced to 6 years ( 3 years work release and 3 years supervised probabation). I was also convicted on a Class A Misdemeanor, which was downgraded from a Class D Felony and sentenced to jail for 30 days and 1 year probation. Also, I have numerous arrestes for driving on a suspended license leading to the habtual traffic offender conviction. What can I expect on the newsest charge of auto theft, driving as a habitual traffic offender, assulat casuing bodily injury, and criminal mischief, as well as the revocation of probation on the DUI charge.

You need to obtain an attorney in your community to answer this question. Judges have leeway in sentencing from county to county, and from judge to judge. Only an attorney familiar with your judge can answer the question "What can I expect?".
