Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
i was recently arrested for poss or marj, and poss or pariphinialia. i was placed under a pretrial diversion program. 10 months later i get the same charges while still on pretrial diversion for the same thing. i was just wandering what they would usualy do in a situation like that?. these are the only charges i have in the adult system.
