Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
i recently was questioned in a child abuse case i agreed to take a polygraph which i failed the police say that the child said i did it and the mother said she thinks i did it why have they not arrested me if they have all this proof?

The case may be sitting on a prosecutor's desk for review. Many times the case is reviewed by a prosecutor prior to the filing of a charge. In the mean time, do NOT give any more statements to the police without consulting an attorney.
