Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Relief from Federal Restitution
I have been paying on my federal restitution for 10 years. Original amount was $105,000 and is now $150,000 due to interest. I am now unemployed and can no longer afford to continue to make payments and feed my 4 children. Have been a model citizen since conviction (1st time offense). Any avenues of seeking relief from this restitution order? Please help.

you didn't state what the restitution was for and or your conviction. You can request a modification.
