Re: Removing criminal record
One may attempt this by filing a petition to expunge their record. However, it is not just a simple matter of filing the petition and it being granted.
There must exist real and compelling reasons for it. It will also require the cooperation of the police agency involved not to mention the objections the State may have.
If you are serious about this, then you may wish to contact our offices at 317 686-0000 or email me at Tambasco@tambascolaw to discuss this in greter detail. The facts and time frame of the conviction(s) will be important.
