Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Removing a felony coviction
Hello, I am 34 years old, 10 years agao I was convicted of a class b drug felony. I live in Indiana and am currently attending college for paralegal studies. I am in the national honor society and want to be a prosecutor. In Indiana you have to pass the LAST exam before you can enter law school. I have had no criminal history in my life exept this felony and it is possibly going to keep me from becomming a prosecutor. I have heard there are ways to get this felony removed is this possible?

I am pretty sure a felony conviction will prevent the Bar from granting you admission. So you need to check with the IN Supreme Court and the rules of admission before you sit for the LSAT.
