Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
how do I request a sentence modification . Just went to court monday sept.24 2012 and was sentenced to serve 12 months in lock up or work release would like to get sentence modified to house arrest how do I request this change

1. You ask the judge in writing.
2. You are not going to get it simply because you asked. If the judge didn't think house arrest was a good idea on Sept. 24, whant makes you think he will change his mind on Sept. 25?
