restitution
I am on probation for theft and owe restitution, what happens if it is not paid by the time my probation is up?

You can go before the court and explain why you haven't paid your fee's and hope the judge will find you indigent, OR... the judge could find you in violation and you could get jail time for the violation of non-payment.You can also request the judge extend your time to allow you to get the fees paid.
