returned check on closed account
can i be prosecuted for a returned check of (50.00),fifty dollars on account that was closed after we moved from indiana to new mexico? can they extradite me back to indiana?

Yes, you could be prosecuted if you knowingly wrote a check on a closed account, or fail to make the check good. You should just pay the $50. It wouldn't be any fun at all to sit in jail waiting on Indiana to come all the to NM over $50.
