Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my rights
I was just charged with public intox. Someone was with me but walked away discretely so that they were not questioned. Do I have to say who it was if they were driving the car that I was questioned about that was parked?

You never have to give information to the police. Don't lie to them, but you don't have to give them anything.
