No rights were read
If i did not get my rights read to me when i got arrested than can i get the case dropped?

No, Miranda only applies to questions that are asked to you while you are in custody. If the police didn't ask you any question, Miranda doesn't apply. If they did ask you questions while you were in custody, but didn't read you your rights, then only the STATEMENTS can be deemed inadmissible. They can still proceed without using your statements.
