Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a search warrant is issued for DNA in regards to sexual misconduct.and the person goes in voluntarily, is it legal to arrest them at that time without an arrest warrant based on the officers assumption that it will come back postive?

The judge has to determine whether there was probable cause to arrest someone.
