Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
how do i go about getting a sentence modification for my son he was charged with murder and has served almost 10 years there are other circumstances to this case i think it was self defence but appereantly Indiana does not have a self defence law? i want to try and get him a lower sentence is release date is 2032 WAY TO LONG!

Contact an attorney in the community wher the conviction occurred. He or she will be able to give you some ideas, quote you fees, etc.. That can not be done adequately on this forum.
