Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If someone is sentenced to 4 years for violating two protective orders, and has already served 11 months in county jail, does he get credit for Time Served, even if he was in so much trouble while in jail that the Sheriff had him moved to another jail in another county?

Possibly. The Sheriff can take away GTC, but moving him does not automatically do it.
