What is the sentencing for three counts of theft?

No way to answer your question. You did not state in which state. You did not state which type of theft you were prosecuted under, or the specific cite. Sentencing is always discretionary with the judge unless there are published sentencing guidelines, and that may vary. The law will specify a maximum and minimum sentence. They could be current or consecutive. They could be probated (placed on probation in lieu of serving time), suspended, or deferred. Much would depend on whether the charges are felonies or misdemeanors, and your prior record. You need to re-submit your question with a lot more information if you want a meaningful answer.
